We operate MortgageAdvice.co.uk as a mortgage and equity release enquiry and introduction service. Mortgage Website Limited does not provide mortgage or equity release advice. We act as an introducer. Where appropriate, we introduce people who make enquiries through our website to mortgage or equity release advisers who are authorised and regulated to provide the relevant advice.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, approximate property value, amount you wish to borrow or release, type of mortgage or equity release assistance required, information you voluntarily provide in an enquiry, and relevant technical website usage information. Please do not provide sensitive personal information through our forms unless we specifically ask for it.
How we use information
We use information to receive and review enquiries, understand the assistance requested, triage enquiries, identify an appropriate adviser or advisory firm from our panel, pass enquiries to an appropriate adviser, contact you where necessary, administer and monitor the introduction service, maintain appropriate business records, prevent fraud or website misuse, and improve our website and service. We do not normally maintain an ongoing advisory relationship after an introduction.

Other organisations and marketing
Where reasonably necessary, we may share information with website and hosting providers, CRM and communications providers, IT and security providers, analytics providers, accountants, solicitors, compliance consultants, regulators, law enforcement bodies or authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated organisations for their own marketing purposes. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
